front staff was great, jeff was awesome! Made my stay super easy and checking in was smooth no hassle. Room was very comfortable and clean.

The location to Houston Methodist West.

Location of site was awesome. Also, there's good coffee place around there. And access to pharmacies and shopping centers was easy ~ 3miles from there. The place was super clean and had no problems.

The property was in a convenient & safe location. Our room was very clean & the beds were so comfortable.

the staff was nice but I have to say I’ve visited this establishment 5 times and 3 times has been in the last 2 months and Lori is GREAT and can do every job .. I’ve seen her fix my tv, outside picking up parking lot trash, making or correcting room exchanges or bookings and last delegating duties to room service crew! I can’t express if she’s not a manger or up for a big raise there’s something wrong
